Gaya graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from The Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia. She spent her first few years as a Physiotherapist in a private musculoskeletal practice in Perth. Her role there included post-op orthopedic rehabilitation and education, treatment and assessment of general musculoskeletal conditions, Workfit Rehab, mat-based Pilates classes, and hydrotherapy rehabilitation.
After moving back to Singapore, she has further developed a keen interest in treating whiplash injuries, cervicogenic headache conditions, discogenic low back pain, and rotator cuff shoulder rehabilitation.
Gaya has a great passion for the work she does, and strongly believes in empowering individuals to maintaining a healthy body, healthy mind balance.
