Nada completed her physiotherapy studies at Trinity College Dublin (Ireland), before beginning her career back home in Singapore at KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital. There, she amassed experience in treating musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions in pregnant women, infants, children, and adolescents. Nada then went on to specialize in the areas of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, championing a return-to-sport rehabilitation program for youth athletes at KKH, before moving into private practice.
Nada’s interests lie in rehabilitation and prevention of sports injuries through education and functional movement training. She employs adjunct treatment methods including manual therapy, myofascia release, dry needling, and taping to aid in rehabilitation. Nada has worked with youth, adult and elite athletes in a multitude of sports including Muay Thai, rugby, gymnastics, and dance.
In her school days, Nada spent 8 years as a competitive sprinter and hurdler, before making a transition to play varsity Touch Rugby. These days she remains active in Muay Thai, competing in amateur and professional bouts in Singapore and Thailand. In her free time, Nada also enjoys surfing and can be found wakesurfing in local waters on the weekends. She believes that her passion for sport and physiotherapy fuel each other, and hopes to inspire her clients to take active steps to move well.
